Client data is collected via email, phone, in person, and through document submissions. Data is stored on a hard drive, in emails, on phones, and in physical copies. Clients may contact us to request data changes or deletion.

3. Use & Sharing of Information

  • Bookkeeping & Tax Services: Client data is only shared if additional services like tax filing or audits are requested. This will be outlined in the client’s contract. Clients must verify the accuracy of their data, and we are not liable for errors provided by clients.

  • Insurance Services: Client information is shared with insurance companies for policy applications while maintaining confidentiality with involved parties. Copies of insurance applications are kept on file.

  • Immigration & Legal Services: Legal documents are kept on file and are only shared when absolutely necessary.

4. Security & Client Responsibility
We take reasonable measures to protect client information. However, clients must take caution when sending sensitive documents via email. If a document is sent to the wrong email address, we are not responsible for any consequences.

5. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for issues caused by client errors, such as providing incorrect tax or financial information. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted documents.

6. Ethical Standards
Under no circumstances will we falsify client data to obtain additional deductions or financial benefits. All information submitted must be accurate and truthful.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms
By using our services, clients agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary.

2. Bookkeeping & Tax Services

  • All financial records provided must be accurate. We are not liable for errors in information provided by the client.

  • Clients requesting tax preparation services must review and approve their returns before filing.

  • We do not provide audit defense services unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

  • Under no circumstances will we falsify client data to increase deductions or manipulate financial records.

3. Insurance Services

  • We assist with insurance applications but do not guarantee approval.

  • Policy terms and conditions are determined by the insurance providers, not our firm.

4. Immigration & Legal Services

  • We provide assistance with documentation but do not offer legal representation.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all required paperwork is submitted on time.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
